Terms of Service

DataLogix evaluates, redacts, packages, and licenses company data to AI labs on behalf of companies that choose to list it ("Data Partners"). We also run a referral partner program.

Data licensing, buyer purchases, and referral partnerships are governed by separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements control.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms and, where you connect data sources, that the company has the right to grant access to and license that data.

• You choose the sources and scope that DataLogix may access, and you approve the scope of each listing before it is offered to buyers.
• You are responsible for having the rights, consents, and notices required to share that data with us for evaluation and licensing.
• You may revoke source access at any time. Revoking access does not cancel licenses that have already been granted under a signed agreement.

The payout estimator on our website gives illustrative ranges only. It is not an offer or a guarantee. Actual valuations depend on review of the data, and actual payouts depend on closed deals with buyers.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or data you do not have the right to share.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content except as permitted by law.
• Attempt to re-identify individuals or companies in any data obtained through DataLogix.

The site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to DataLogix or its licensors. Data Partners keep ownership of their data and grant only the rights set out in their agreements.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataLogix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold DataLogix harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your submission of data you did not have the right to share.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
