Question 1

What does DataLogix do?

Accepted Answer

DataLogix licenses redacted, real-world company data to AI labs. We connect to the tools your team already uses with read-only access, value what is there, remove personal and confidential details, package it the way labs evaluate data, and sell it through our network of AI labs. You get paid when a deal closes.

Question 2

Why would AI labs pay for my company’s data?

Accepted Answer

Public web data has largely been used up. What models still lack is a record of how real expert work gets done: the steps, the judgment calls, the corrections. That record lives inside companies, in tickets, code reviews, documents and ledgers, and it has never been seen by a model. Labs pay a premium for it.

Question 3

What kinds of data can I license?

Accepted Answer

Six categories: workspaces, messages (Slack, Teams, Gmail, Outlook), codebases with full history (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira), documents (Drive, SharePoint, Notion, DocuSign), raw operational data such as records, logs, invoices and ledgers (Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero), and tasks captured end to end (Zendesk, Asana, ServiceNow, Linear).

Question 4

Does my company need to be large?

Accepted Answer

No. Value depends on how complete, specific and well-structured your data is, not on headcount. A small team with years of detailed support tickets or a long code history can be worth more than a large company with thin records.

Question 5

Do you ever share personal or customer information?

Accepted Answer

No. Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, credentials and other identifiers are removed during processing, before anything is packaged. Raw identifiers are never exported to buyers.

Question 6

What access do you need to my tools?

Accepted Answer

Read-only access to the specific sources you choose. We cannot change, delete or send anything from your systems, and you can revoke access at any time.

Question 7

Can I exclude certain data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You decide the scope of every listing. You can exclude channels, repositories, folders, date ranges, customers or keywords, and you review what a listing covers before it goes to buyers.

Question 8

Who can see my data once it is licensed?

Accepted Answer

Only the AI labs that license a specific asset, under a contract that restricts use to model training and evaluation and forbids re-identification or resale. Your company name is not attached to the data unless you choose to allow it.

Question 9

How much is my data worth?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the category, volume, history, industry and completeness. The estimator on our home page gives a rough range in under a minute. After you connect a source, we give you a real valuation before anything is listed.

Question 10

How fast do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Once a deal closes, payouts land in as little as 7 days.

Question 11

Does it cost anything to get evaluated?

Accepted Answer

No. Evaluation is free and there is no obligation to list anything. You only move forward if you are happy with the valuation and the scope.

Question 12

Can the same data be sold more than once?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Many assets are licensed non-exclusively to several labs, which means repeat payouts from the same work. Some buyers ask for exclusivity and pay more for it. You choose which deals to accept.

Question 13

What are the steps?

Accepted Answer

Three. List your assets by connecting a source with read-only access, and we tell you what it is worth. We review and package it: quality checks, redaction, and packaging for how labs evaluate data. Labs buy, and you get paid.

Question 14

How much work is it for my team?

Accepted Answer

Very little. Someone with admin access connects the sources and approves the listing scope. DataLogix handles valuation, redaction, packaging, buyer matching, contracts and payouts.

Question 15

I run an AI lab. How do I buy data?

Accepted Answer

Email labs@datalogix.ai with the domains, formats and volumes you need. We will share what is in the catalog and can source specific data on request.

Question 16

How does the partner program work?

Accepted Answer

Approved partners get a unique referral link to share with their customers and relationships. DataLogix does all the work, and every dollar of revenue we earn from your referrals is split 50/50 with you. Apply on the partners page.
