Privacy Policy

This policy applies to visitors of datalogix.ai, people who submit our forms, companies that connect data sources for evaluation or licensing ("Data Partners"), referral partners, and AI labs that buy data from us.

Data that a Data Partner licenses through DataLogix is also governed by the written agreement with that partner. If that agreement conflicts with this policy, the agreement controls.

Information you give us:

• Contact details such as your name, work email, company, and role when you request an evaluation, apply to the partner program, or email us.
• Answers about your company, such as size, industry, tools used, and the data you are interested in licensing.
• Payment and tax details needed to send payouts.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring URL.
• Conversion events from advertising pixels, including the ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI) pixel, which records when a form is submitted successfully.

Company data from connected sources: when a Data Partner grants read-only access, we process the content of the sources they choose, such as tickets, documents, messages, code history, and records, to value, redact, and package it.

• To respond to inquiries, evaluate data, and provide valuations.
• To redact, package, and license data that Data Partners have approved for listing.
• To administer the partner program, contracts, and payouts.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and measure our advertising.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell the contact information you give us through our forms.

Before any data is packaged for buyers, we remove personal and confidential identifiers, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, account numbers, credentials, and terms a Data Partner flags as confidential. Raw identifiers are never exported to buyers.

Buyers license data under contracts that restrict use to model training and evaluation and prohibit re-identification and resale. A Data Partner’s company name is not attached to its data unless the partner allows it.

• AI labs: only redacted data that a Data Partner has approved, under the contract terms described above.
• Service providers: hosting, form handling, analytics, advertising measurement, payments, and email providers that process information on our behalf.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DataLogix, our partners, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We keep contact and account information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Data from connected sources is retained only for as long as needed to evaluate, package, and fulfill licenses, or as set out in the Data Partner’s agreement. A Data Partner can revoke source access at any time.

We use read-only access to connected sources, encryption in transit, access controls, and redaction before packaging. No system is perfectly secure. To report a security issue, email security@datalogix.ai.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@datalogix.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can block cookies and similar technologies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above. Material changes will be communicated to Data Partners directly.
