Your operating history. A new possibility.
Business data value calculator
What could licensing your business data look like? Explore an estimate based on your systems, company size and available operating history.
Illustrative licensing scenario, not a valuation or offer. This tool does not inspect your records. Actual pricing depends on buyer demand, usable data, permitted uses, exclusivity, license term and delivery obligations. A transaction may not occur.
For company owners and authorized operators. No records need to be uploaded or connected to use this calculator.
About your estimate · Common questions · Book your data consultation
What affects the value of business data?
Your business systems, company size and available history help shape the estimate. Email, chat, CRM and other operating systems can contain useful records of how work gets done. More employees or years of history may mean more records, but usable content, buyer demand and licensing terms also matter.
Who can apply?
Businesses with 6+ employees may qualify, depending on business type. Eligibility also depends on operating history, location, data suitability and rights. Review our eligibility guidelines or other programs to learn more.

Business data licensing questions
Is this estimate an offer?
No. A buyer must assess the usable records and proposed contract. These are illustrative estimates, and an actual transaction may not occur.
Is the refresh amount annual recurring revenue?
No. The calculator includes a separate optional refresh amount over 24 months. It is not an annual payment, subscription or commitment. Refresh scope, timing, acceptance and price need a separate agreement.
Do we give up ownership of our data?
Ownership, exclusivity, license duration and retained rights depend on the actual contract. Review those terms before comparing amounts from different transactions.
Does selecting more software increase what a buyer will pay?
Not necessarily. Buyers need usable, permitted records, not merely a list of software subscriptions. Selecting a system does not establish its records’ suitability or a buyer’s price.
Can personal or client information be included?
Do not assume it can. Review ownership, source terms, confidentiality, privacy and professional obligations for the specific records and proposed use. De-identification alone does not establish permission to share.
